BID Board Elections 2019/20 & AGM

We are fast approaching the end of our ninth year in our second 5-year trading term. This means that it is nearly time for the Annual General Meeting. It also means that elections will be shortly opening to appoint new board members for the 2019/20 year.

Most existing board members will be re standing again for election and their contact information can be found here

We would like to invite you to join the BID board and stand for election which will open shortly and close at the AGM on 25th March 2019, 8 Regent Street, Mansfield, NG18 1SS.

To be entitled to stand you must be a BID member and have completed a BID membership form which can be downloaded from here or sent to you if you contact the office.

The following positions are available:

2 x Large Retailer Positions

1 x Shopping Centre Management Positions

2 x Financial and Professional Service Provider Positions

3 x Independent Retailer Positions

2 x Leisure Provider Positions

2 x Landlord Property Owner / Manager Position

1 x Small Independent Café / Restaurant Position

1 x National Café / Restaurant Position

It is expected that the time commitment for a member of the board of management will not exceed 20 days per year.
